We were commissioned by a major UK service provider to deliver Gold/Strategic and Silver/ Tactical training for senior operating in a high-risk environment.

Using our extensive experience of commanding the highest profile and highest risk events and crisis response, we developed a bespoke command, control and coordination course for those who will operate at strategic and tactical levels of the client’s crisis response.  The course is accredited by Skills for Justice Awards and includes a rigorous assessment process to ensure delegates who pass are occupationally competent to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in the event of crisis and major incidents which require a multi-agency response.

We were also commissioned by the client to develop a series of executive testing and exercising events to aid the development of the executive team to successfully manage crisis and high-risk events impacting on the organisation.

Again using our extensive experience in this area we develop a series of immersive exercises which tested the “top teams” response to a range of scenarios which presented significant risk to the company, including terrorist, safety and cyber-related incidents.
