International risk management, training and security consultancy DW Associates is a key sponsor of the Kent Excellence in Business Awards 2021 (KEIBA). The company is sponsoring the Employer of the Year Category which is open to any business that employs more than 10 people and can demonstrate commercial success and strategies for growth while achieving excellence in its commitment to the support and development of its workforce.
The awards attract a wide range of entries from a variety of business sectors with all the winners having one thing in common in that they are truly excellent at what they do.
David Ward, founder of DW Associates and local Kent businessman said “As an entrepreneur myself I know some of the challenges that growing businesses face and can really relate to a lot of the entries that I have been asked to judge. There are some outstanding examples in Kent of innovative business practices, and some ingenious people who are fully committed to both making a success of their businesses and for looking out for their workforce.
“To think that these businesses have all come through one of the toughest years imaginable is even more astonishing when you read the successes and achievements, they have had during the last 12 months. It has been a real privilege to judge and to have the opportunity to meet the people behind the entries in what is a fiercely competitive category.”
Organised by Kent County Council and the Kent Media (KM) Group the event will not have a special awards evening however, all winners will be revealed in a special supplement printing at the end of September which will appear in all KM titles as well as being featured online and on KMFM.
